  • raise awareness of the challenges faced by older residents and provide some guidance for healthy aging
  • draw attention to our comprehensive online Guide 
  • receive feedback from the community about what is missing for healthy aging in place. 
  • This report summarizes what the community said. 

October 2023 Evaluation Framework Document: A Nurse Practitioner-Led Solution for Ottawa’s Unattached Seniors Population

This framework, written by two nurse-practitioners (Masters of Science in Nursing) and an epidemiologist assesses the strengths of our nurse practitioner proposal and lays out a framework for its evaluation once implemented.
