The SHIH, with help from a New Horizons Grant, launched the Community Feedback Questionnaire (CFQ) to accomplish two main goals. First, to hear from central Ottawa’s older residents about how support services, housing arrangements, and technological advancements could enhance their quality of life. Second, to let the community know what the SHIH was doing and encourage its members to become volunteers.
